Description | A vase designed by Kjell Engman for Kosta Boda.
In the collars yellow and green. Fully signed by Kjell Engman and Kosta Boda. Also with Kosta Boda sticker. In mint condition and completely flawless, like new. Kjell Engman Kjell Engman (born 3 June 1946) is a Swedish artist, glass designer and musician. Since 1978, he has been designing utility and artificial glass objects for the Swedish glass manufacturer Kosta Boda. On 3 June 1946 Kjell Engman was born as the first son of the barber Lennart Engman and his wife Märta. School education was difficult for him due to dyslexia and he concentrated on drawing, music and mathematics. Kjell Engman’s glass objects can now be found in numerous Swedish and international glass and art museums, including the Swedish Glass Museum in Växjö , the Swedish National Museum in Stockholm , the Glass Museum in Ebeltoft , the Corning Museum of Glass and Caesars Palace in Las Vegas . |
